June 8th will forever hold a special place in my heart—the day I stepped onto the stage at The Mile High in Denver, CO, for my first regional Pro/Am show and walked away with three incredible wins: True Novice, Novice, and my Open class. This moment wasn’t just about the trophies; it was a testament to months of relentless discipline, unwavering focus, and the support of an incredible team behind me.
The Road to the Stage
Competing as part of Team FitBodyFusion under the expert guidance of my coach, Nicole Desmond, I learned to refine every aspect of my training, nutrition, and mindset. Bodybuilding is an art of sculpting both body and spirit, and Nicole’s coaching helped me channel my strength while staying grounded in my goals. From early morning cardio to late-night posing practice, every step of this journey was fueled by a vision: stepping onto that stage as my strongest, most confident self.
