Vinyasa Vaibhava 200hr Program is a multidimensional yoga teacher training that bridges the wisdom of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Iyengar traditions with the profound science of Ayurveda. Rooted in the lineage of Dr. Vasant Lad, this program integrates Upashaya (exploratory therapy) to help practitioners understand and manage the doshas, harnessing Ayurveda’s rich knowledge for a more holistic approach to yoga. Through intelligent sequencing, learning to read and write in Sanskrit, precise alignment, and Ayurvedic insight — this training empowers teachers to guide practices that cultivate balance, longevity, and the true transformative power of yoga.

YACEP Kutuhala Yoga Shala and School is a Yoga Alliance Register School and Vinita is a certified continued education provider. Vinita will be working closely with another provider Kiana Ochoa (IG @kianaochoa_), to provide educational content around Yoga Philosophy, Hands-on-Assists, Becoming a Teacher, Sanskrit, Ayurveda and the Disease progression, Business of Yoga, Dinacharya (daily practice), and so much more! EDUCATIONAL RETREATS count for CONTINUED EDUCATION with Yoga Alliance (see “Shakti Sankalpa Sangha” for more information). Please inquire if you are interested in a retreat and would like to receive certification hours. Participation in the outlined activities is mandatory of CE hours; however, if you are not interested in the CE certification, you can always opt out when on any of our retreats.

Shakti Sankalpa is a sacred circle of women dedicated to lunar wisdom, deep connection, and spiritual growth. Rooted in sisterhood, our community gathers to honor the rhythms of the moon, share insights, and support each other’s journeys through ceremony, art, yoga, Ayurveda and retreating to green spaces across the globe. Through ritual, reflection, and embodied practices, we cultivate a space for transformation, healing, and aligned living.

We have gotten a lot of requests from the supportive men in our circles to add a co-ed retreat. Look forward to that in April, Costa Rica! If the stars align, we will make it happen.
